Info shown on Account

When I open an Account, there is a section that shows the Business
Contacts under that account.

1. Is it possible to show the mobile number in that Account view? I
don't like to open the contact when it seems I should be able to
select the columns to be displayed.

2. Is it possible to send an email to a Business Contact from that
Account view?

Hi John

To answer your questions:
1. Unfortunately this is not currently supported, however, there is another
way to accomplish your task.
- Click on the Business Contact folder in the left pane
- Click on View menu > Current View > By Accounts
The Business Contacts are now sorted by Accounts, and if you scroll to the
right, you will be able to see the Business Contacts' mobile numbers.

2. Unfortunately this is not currently supported, however, you can follow
the instructions above and then right click on the desired Business Contact >
Create > New Message to Business Contact.

Hope this helps.
