Changing Primary Contact in BCM 2007

How do I change the Primary Contact within an account? Currently, I have one
person selected as the primary. Life goes on. Now someone else is the
primary. Double-clicking, right-clicking does nothing. Hope someone might
have an answer. Thanks for the help.

Are you saying that you cannot, in the Account Form, click on the circle
radio button next to a contact in the contact list? That is how I have been
using it and it seems to work for me (left-click).

Cheers

Yep! If an account does not have a primary contact, I can usually click on
the circle and select that contact to be the primary. But once an account
has a primary contact, it will not change. No matter what radio button I
click. Sometimes it will change to another primary but if you Save and Close
and then go back to that account, the previous contact is back to the
primary.

Left-click, Left-Double-Click, Right-Click. Nothing. Kinda of frustrating.
In OL 2003 with BCM, you could more easily change the primary. (Well it
worked at least).

Thanks again! Hope you have some ideas!

I have a similar problem. Some times I can assign a primary to a contact and
sometimes I cannot. In some cases only a few contacts have the ability to be
assigned and others cannot.
it is a little frustrating.

This was not always the case. When BCM was first installed had no problem
but it seems that after an update at one point I started to have problem of
changing who is the primary contact.

I hope they correct this problem.
