Better question: Why would you?

(If you REALLY must, select all and Shift + F3. This assumes you already
have the text there. If not, use the caps lock key.)

Several options:

Make the Style have the AllCaps attribute
Press the CapsLock key before typing
Select the text and use the Shift+F3 toggle.

But please remember that Capitals should be used sparingly as they are
difficult to read. The eye is trained to identify a word mostly from its
shape and not by focusing on each letter. So sentences in all Caps are
tiring to read.
