Several options:
Make the Style have the AllCaps attribute Press the CapsLock key before typing Select the text and use the Shift+F3 toggle.
But please remember that Capitals should be used sparingly as they are difficult to read. The eye is trained to identify a word mostly from its shape and not by focusing on each letter. So sentences in all Caps are tiring to read.
