I have a friend that lives in another state, and I love OneNote 2007
(notepad was banished after I started using this), but it would help
so much if we could work on the same notebooks and stuff.

^^ I understand that site has been recommended, but I almost always
use images with my notebook. I pay about 15 bucks a month for
excellent hosting, it's just that OneNote can run on WebDAV
(grrrrrrrrrrr why) and my hoster understandably won't alter the httpd
config files. So I am looking for any other solution that can be
recommended. The cheaper the better. If I have to I will probably go
with the 20 buck one, but it just doesn't seem like that good of a
deal, especially when I have a full fledged hoster for less than 15
bucks a month, but I need to pay 20 just to host OneNote.
Any suggestions are helpful, any suggestion at all. Thanks.
