While it is part of the Office family, OneNote is not bundled with Office
2003 - it is a separate product which must be purchased separately.

OneNote 2007 is bundled with several flavors of Office 2007:

Of course, you can also purchase a standalone copy of OneNote 2007 and use
it in conjunction with Office Pro 2003.
