Vertical scrolling in other Office apps, IE, Explorer works fine. I have to scroll the wheel quickly to get it to move at all in OneNote - scrolling slowly does nothing, regardless of how many revolutions the wheel goes. I've installed mouse drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled OneNote, power off/on computer. Just weird...

I don't see that with WinXP/ON2003 but I have the wheel set for 6 lines per click.
