I would imagine there's a way to hyperlink a search for a keyword that is inserted into all of the grouped files. Probably a better way, should you decide its worth it, would be to tag each relevant page and then simply View-> All tagged notes. this is pretty much what I do.
Having said that, a way to automatically generate a table of contents would be a great feature.
