OneNote 2007 try to open every folder "Alper Ozgur" <alpozgur[ at ]gmail.com> 1/16/2007 10:27:21 PM Hi; I'd installed OneNote 2007 today. and when i try to open any folder the OneNote starts. When i right click the folder i see that Open As OneNote Notebook is the default item. How can i change this?

Open up Windows Explorer | Tools Menu | Folder Options | File Types tab. Scroll down to "(NONE)|File Folder" in the Registered File Types list, and click on Advanced. What choices are there? I've spent the last few hours trying to research this on the net. several others have the same problem, but nobody can help. I tried Erik instruction (Open up Windows Explorer | Tools Menu | Folder Options | File Types tab. Scroll down to "(NONE)| File Folder" in the Registered File Types list, and click on Advanced. What choices are there?) There is only one choice: Open As OneNote. You have to right click and scroll down to "Open" just to open a folder. Can anyone help?
