terrific, then lately it is pitiful in that very few clip art appears. I
have nee searching the web for troubleshooting advise and haven't found much.

I have run a "repair." Nothing.
I have found that "web Collevtions does not seem to have anything. I try to
explore it and get nowhere.

A couple of things to try. Open the Organizer from Start, Microsoft Office
Tools, when it opens, tools, compact.

Clear the Internet temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete, delete files.

Be certain web collections is checked.

Thank you for the reply. I opened and compacted the organizer. I deleted
temp Internet files. But I am unclear on "Be certain web collections is
checked."

I have three collection lists showing but the Web Collections will not
expand. "My" and "Office" will.

The Web Collections should expand to Microsoft Office Online. Can you go online
from the Tools menu?

If you think your Clip Organizer is broken you can find the Mstore10.mgc and
change the name to Mstore10.old. A new catalog will be created the next time you
open the Organizer. You will lose all custom keywords you may have created.

It is in a folder similar to this (hidden)
Vista
C:\Users\<<user>>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Clip Organizer
XP
C:\Document and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Clip Organizer

Thanks Mary for attempting to assist. I have been going crazy trying to get
the clipart back but the steps you identified did not do it for me. I have
done Diagnose and Repair, etc and still nothing. Iam running Vista Home and
Office 2007, when I load the Clip Orgainer and click on Web Connections I get
a momentary wait icona nd nothing, no expansion, etc. Yet if I click
Clip-Art Online, I go to the MS site without a hitch.

DO I need to uninstall/reinstall?

Take a look at your firewall. It could be it is not letting you use the online
services through your programs.
