Getting contacts from Outlook into Business Contact Manager (BCM)

If I have a new contact I want to enter into Outlook and BCM, what is the
easiest way to do this? I have done the initial import of all my Outlook
contacts and that when fine. But now, whenever I want to add just one new
contact from Outlook, BCM asks me to fill out all the data fields again to
have this contact appear in BCM. There has got to be a simpler way.

You can create a contact in Outlook contacts and drag and drop on Business
Contacts folder.
