view of history GolfGal 3/9/2007 10:54:00 PM When I'm viewing the history in a contact record, I see email message. But I can't tell whether it was sent or received, who it came from or who sent it. I've added those columns to the view, but they remain blank. I also can't tell whether a task is complete or incomplete. Unless there's a way to see this, it renders the history view somewhat useless.

I've been trying to get BCM 07 to do exactly the same thing and have also not had any success. Maybe someone out there has an idea?
