Guyaurora:

What does the error log say about the import process? It could give you
some clues. As to why some records import OK and some do not, I would
suggest you clean up the ACT! database before importing and make sure it's
clean. You may need to do a compress and reindex or more. There's a
utility called actdiag.exe that will analyze and then repair your 6.0
database. Get my free eBook, Moving from ACT! to BCM 2007 (or the one for
ACT! 6.0 and BCM 2003) at http://www.pinpointtools.com/category_s/23.htm and
I explain the details in that.

HTH,
Lon

of Outlook 2007 Pro?

Thanks for the reply.

Bob:

Not sure what Business Card Manager is? Could you elaborate?

You may not get an error message but you will get a log produced for the
conversion of ACT! to BCM. Look on the last screen of the Data Conversion
Wizard when it says "the import is complete".
