Thanks Clinton - I'll keep these notes for future but it didn't fix the current problem. I am using Outlook 2003. I did clear the cache as you suggested and restarted Outlook. I did the repair and I'm still getting the message that BCM couldn't initialize the form on the 'General' page tab. I can access the 'Detail' tab and the info comes up. I can access the information from the General page by using the tool bars at the top. Any suggestions?
