"Business Contact Mgr unable to initialize form"

I keep getting this message when I click to pull up a contact. Its the first
time I've seen this - haven't had a problem with this until now. Any
suggestions?

Are you using Outlook 2003?

I would suggest clearing your Outlook forms cache to see if that eliminates
the error. You might also need to restart Outlook.

To clear your forms cache from the main Outlook window, select "Tools |
Options | Other | Advanced Options... | Custom Forms... | Manage Forms... |
Clear Cache". The Forms Manager should display the list of forms that are
installed.

If you still see the error, you might also need to delete the old forms from
within the Forms Manager and then restart Outlook. If that fails to solve
the problem, close Outlook and repair BCM from "Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs".

Thanks Clinton - I'll keep these notes for future but it didn't fix the
current problem. I am using Outlook 2003. I did clear the cache as you
suggested and restarted Outlook. I did the repair and I'm still getting the
message that BCM couldn't initialize the form on the 'General' page tab. I
can access the 'Detail' tab and the info comes up. I can access the
information from the General page by using the tool bars at the top. Any
suggestions?
