Hi everyone!

When I initially attempt to open a Word document (Word 2003), I get a =
gray screen. After I close the document and reopen it the text shows up. =
This has only recently been a problem, I think since the SP3 was =
installed for XP. Is there a fix for this? Any help would be greatly =
appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jeff
