If you purchased the product, you would have had a product key number supplied that would validate the product. If you cannot locate that number download and run Belarc Advisor on the PC with the 2007 installation, which will reveal the key (along with loads of other information about the configuration of your PC). You *may* have to validate the installation on the new PC manually.
As for the software, it would have been better to have bought a retail copy with the disc, but you should be able to download the trial again - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/HA101741481033.aspx
