formatting dleo 10/27/2008 4:47:02 PM After exporting some of my contacts from my database into an Excel file, I am ready to merge in Word. So I do the normal addressblock after matching up all of the fields. But I cannot figure out how to change the order of the block. I mean I want the person's title under their name, but the title isn't even included when I insert the block even after I match the field. I also want to insert an extra space before the zip. And most of the time there is a space before the person's name in the first line. I've been having to go in and edit every single page in Word and it's becoming time-consuming and annoying. How do I change this?
