One side of sheet of paper in printed booklet is upside down

Help! I think I followed all the directions for printing a folded booklet.
However, every time I print it, one side of one sheet of paper is upside
down. Or maybe two of them are upside down. So I can't get the pages to
appear in order in the booklet. Does anybody know what I did wrong?

If you're using a printer with a built-in duplexer, you need to set it to
flip on the short edge rather than the long edge. If you're duplexing
manually, you need to rotate the paper half a turn before printing the
second side.
