Turn Off tracked Changes
Richard 1/23/2007 8:19:04 PM
When I write a document and then send it to others for comment I turn on
track changes. I can the accept or delete the changes but how do I then get
rid of all the alteration markups before I send off the final document. When
I send the document the recipient can still see the changes.
Thanks in advance

If you have Word 2002 or 2003, then I suspect that you only changed to
Final view on the Reviewing toolbar, which hides the tracked changes,
but does not remove them. You need click on the "Accept All Tracked
Changes" and "Delete All Comments" commands on the Reviewing toolbar.
See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA010983881033.aspx and

for more information.
