I use the link feature to connect e-mails to particular opportunities; the result is that the email shows in the Opportunity History. My problem is that sometimes when I click on the item in the Opportunity History the e-mail opens; other times a message opens with the email text inside, but missing attachments, etc.
I suspect this has to do with where I store older e-mails (I move them from my businesses server to a folder on my C:Drive). Is there an clear way of understanding how to store the linked email so it comes up when clicked?
