Product Registration Key with Acamdemic Licenses will not work Frustrated Proj 6/21/2007 8:04:01 PM I purchased Office 2007 under the Academic License plan. The first DVD that I got installed the software but did not accept the product key. I returned it the bookstore and they gave me a new DVD. I was told if that didn't work to call MS. Will it would cost hundreds of dollars to do that. I simple email would cost $99. So I followed the instructions on MS's website to delete a possible problematic file. That does not work. Does anybody the answer?

However, The Product Key found on a sticker on the bottom of my HP laptop is not accepted when I enter it. The message I receive is that it is not a valid Product Key. I'm not technically proficient, so I have no idea what to do about this. I need picture Manager badly because I was in the middle of editing photos for a on-line shop. Hope someone out there will be able to help.
