Can I change the list of formats that appear when I click the arrow on the
Number section of the Home toolbar (Excel 2007)? I would also like to change
the comma format from a default of 2 decimel place to 0 decimel.

1) I am not an Excel MVP but I don't believe you can modify the list of
formats. But each have their own customizable settings...but I don't think
that is what you were asking, correct?

2) Yes, if I am understanding your question correctly, when you click on
that arrow you referred to in your first question, click on the "Number"
tab, highlite "Number" under "Category", and there to the right you will see
the "Decimal places" adjustment. You can set it to zero.
