Can I LINK an email to a record/contact and DELETE from inbox ? M.Heine 6/18/2007 6:25:03 PM If I link an email to a business contact or record, but then delete it from my inbox, will I lose that email in my history? Also, will any contact with that person automatically link or do I have to set that up somehow? I know I can get messages to show up in my history if I am in BCM and choose "New History Item" and select mail message. Any insight??

M.Heine 6/18/2007 6:30:01 PM Should have tested before posting - To answer my own questions: You can delete from you inbox and deleted items and mail messages will be retained in a business contact's history. You can right click a message an auto-link to an email address so that all future contact with that email address will be linked.
