Outlook: 12.0.6014.5000 MSO 12.0.6017.5000 BCM: 3.00.6402.00
I've recently upgraded to Outlook 07 / BCM 07. Trying to continue business as usual - i've been emailing with my clients since upgrading. Just noticed that none of the emails are getting linked to the account records. I checked BCM / 'manage auto-email linking' and all contacts and folders are selected.
Is there something else i'm missing??
I could run the 'search and link' but it locks me out until its done and I don't have the time to wait, except at night. Do I have to do this each night to get these to link?
I have installed the not-so-performance update to outlook and the bcm fix to that. I think I'm up to date?? ((was I supposed to see a performance boost after installing the update - if so, I sure haven't))
