I have used the program on 2003 and now I am running 2007. It had been running fine, with special BCM contact features (i.e. contact history). But for some unknown reason, it is not running properly now... any tips to adjust the BCM contacts to display properly?

Are you getting any error messages?
Note that in 2007 the contact history was moved to its own tab (history) on the contact form.

no. the items are visible and functional, but the BCM contacts resemble the regualr contacts, without the special tabs and other features that I had working with BCM 2007! mmm?
(possibly, the problem began when I upgraded RAM from 2x256 to 2x1gb on my dell inspiron 700m)
thoughts?

If you can see the BCM folders in the left pane, but not the rest of BCM in Outlook, the problem is usually that the Outlook profile has BCM in the profile is loading the BCM data store, but is not loading the BCM Add-in, which has the forms, menus and dialogs.
You might check to see if Outlook has disabled the BCM add-in.
In the Registry, check HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins and make sure the entry for BCM has LoadBehavior set to 3.

I ran into this recently Uri, and clearing the forms cache cleared up the problem. Search this discussion group for "clear cache" and you should see the procedure.
