Or you can create a new style based on any style (without modifications). What you can't do is rename all the styles (not even individually, much less wholesale). To change all title 1s to zozo 1, click the down arrow next to title 1, and click Select all X instances (note that the Word option, keep track of formatting must be on for this to work). Now click zozo 1.
