It sounds like the pages print across the worksheet and not down. It can only print what is actually in the columns for each page. In the case of the first page, because you are printing both columns A and B, it prints what is in the column header for column A and also the overflow in column B. When you get to the next page, you are repeating column A but not column B so of course it will truncate to only what can be seen in column A.
My question is if it is not actually a column header (and the name given suggests it is not but is a general worksheet header) why not place it in the header which is accessed through page setup.
If it is a column header then format the row to wrap text and use two lines in the cell so that the name is entirely contained in the cell and you do not need to widen the column.
