When I open an email that has a Word attachment I will click to open it. Then
the screen turns black for several seconds and the Word document opens but is
tremendously magnified on the screen. I cannot read all of the document or
reduce it in size. When I 'X' it out, my desktop then comes on and is also as
magnified but after a few seconds the screen goes blank and the desktop
resumes its normal configuration. I have tried to remove the program and
reinstall it with the CD I have, but it does not help. Any suggestions ? My
OS is XP home edition
