Macro triggered with a click button?

How can I create a macro that can be run by clicking an icon on Word?

No icon seems to appear by using Tools -> Macro -> Record New Macro
and assigning it to Toolbars.

If you right-click on the Toolbar and select Customise, then right-click on
the Macro Button Face, you can choose several options for customising the
face. Note that you can change what is displayed from that right-click: if
you only want the face and not the text, then choose the Default option.
