Not printing to correct tray Frank 6/8/2007 3:08:03 PM I have a user who is using mail merge to create envelopes. However when she does the print and selects tray 1 (The tray with the envelopes) when the print job arrives at the printer it is going to the default tray with 8 1/2 X 11 1/2 paper in tray 2. Any ideas on why it is selecting the default tray instead of the tray 1. Also this is not an issue when she prints a single envelope.
