mail merge recipients Scarlet146[ at ]msn.com 5/7/2007 6:29:01 PM I'm using mail merge with a long list of clients and when I try to select only certain recipients, it automatically resets to all of them. How can I fix this or has any one else had this problem?

A text file? Outlook? Something else?) Considering the problems you're having, is there any chance of doing the selection in the data source before the data gets to Word?
