REQUIREMENTS FOR EMAIL FORM FILL-IN AND UPDATE OF ACCESS DATABASE 1. Need individual recipients to review/update their “contact†information. Some, without email will respond to a mailed form. For those with email, an on-line form fill-in with a reply that updates an Access database is preferred. 2. The Access pre-built tool for use as an email update mechanism works, however, a template and style update is desired. Fine-tuning the software mechanism is also desired.
How can I access the underlying template now used and tailor it to my preferences?
Can I use an MS Word Template (with or without Mail Merge)?
[I already have played with a new template that is almost complete. I am not a programmer.]
