Outline Numbering issue
"Jorge Cervantes" <machocraig[ at ]hotmail.com> 12/7/2008 6:43:25 PM
As posted under other thread, my outline numbering is as follow:

1. Sales Meeting
a) printers
(i) HP:
(ii) Dell:
(iii) Others:

My question is about the numbering at the third level.
When I type (i), (ii), and (iii), it automatically changes into (h), (i),
and (j).
How can I stop autoconversion of numeric "i", into "h"?
Jorge

Don't even try to number things that way. Instead, disable this feature in
AutoFormat As You Type and apply proper outline numbering as described at
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numbering/OutlineNumbering.html. For this
level, you'll select i, ii, iii numbering and add the desired formatting
(parentheses). You may need to increase the indent, and I would advise
right-aligning roman numerals so that the space between the numbers and
paragraphs is uniform.
