Email Merge Word 2007 - How can I prevent themedata.thmx attachmen
Nancy Smith 10/9/2008 3:33:01 PM
I used Word 2007 email merge to send out my publisher designed, then saved as
a jpg, then inserted into the mail document. When I send it out for testing
it goes to company outlook recipients just fine, but when it's sent to online
email accounts like Yahoo the recipient gets an attachment titled:
themedata.thmx and some code at the the bottom of email.

Can you tell me how to eliminate that?

Kind regards,
Nancy

Sounds like it is either being identified as spam or a mass mailing and thus
being blocked. If it works to Outlook clients, it suggests that you email is
fine. What happens if you send it as a single email to a Yahoo account? Have
you tried sending it to a Hotmail account to see if that is the same?
