There isn't any command or menu way to do this.
Click at the start of the first page you want to delete. Then use the vertical scroll bar, or the mouse wheel if you have one, to bring the end of the last page into view. Hold the Shift key and click at the end to select everything between the two points in one action, then press Delete.
Note that while you're going to the end of the selection, you must not use the arrow keys or PageDown or anything else that moves the insertion point.
It would be possible to write a macro to do this job, but it isn't as simple as it sounds because Word isn't really organized around pages.
