While sticking paper labels on CDs is not a particularly great idea because of the propensity for out of balance forces causing catastrophic failure at the very high rotation speeds of modern disc players, you are making the job even more difficult by using Word, which is hopeless for the task. Publisher is better, if you have it, but Surething CD Labeller makes the job child's play.
