Create macro in Outlook 2007 Brandon 12/29/2008 5:28:02 PM I would like to create a macro under a button in Outlook 2007 so I can select an appointment in my calendar, then have the macro do these things to the selected appointment: 1) Show the time as "free", 2) Set reminder to "None", 3) Categorize as "Personal", and 4) Make Private.
