Scenario:
I have ben cold calling from aan excel spreadsheet.
At the end of the day I import into BCM those contacts that I want to
consider 'leads'
I send them an e-mail using mail merge.
I then want to asing a task to each of these contacts to call them and
follow up on the e-mail. I'd rathjer not do this individually as we could be
talking as many as 50 contacts.
Can I 'mass assign' the task?
