Send a document custom button oakparkdoug 2/25/2007 3:46:00 AM Is it possible to create a button on the business contact screen that would be linked to a publisher document and when clicked would send the document to that contact? If so can this have merged text fields so it can be personalized?

You can't create new buttons on BCM forms. If you are using Office 2007 version, you might want to look at BCM marketing campaign functionality.
