List of contacts "Alexey" <alexey[ at ]hotmail.co.uk> 12/17/2008 9:06:46 AM Hi When I start to type an email address into the To, CC or BCC boxes, i get a drop down list of people i have previously emailed ( I am sorry I am unsure of what this is acleld). What I am trtying to find out is where this list is stored on my computer - can anyone tell me please, and is it possible to access to copy and paste to another application? Thanks A

If so, then you can export the autocompletion cache as a CSV using one of these tools: http://www.ingressor.com/desktop.htm http://www.nk2.info/ The former is a full-features NK2 file maintenance application that you purchase. I have several browns in my firm and when a user address an e-mail to a brown he/she gets a list of browns to choose from from time to time a user chooses the wrong brown. Do you know of a utility or an Outlook function that can verfy the sender name prior to sending the e-mail.
