database creation unsuccessful, help tips failed?

business contact manager failed to start because it couldn't create the
database. Following the instructions in help did not work. Any other
options? I am running XP pro. & office 2007

One thing can do is look in the Windows event log for messages from
Sql Server.

Hi Gordon,

Did you try these options:

1. Restart SQL
Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services. Find SQL Server
(MSSMLBIZ) right click and restart.

2. Reboot the machine and start Outlook+BCM

Hi Gordon

Can you go to C:\Program files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\LOG

and try opening the ERRORLOG file using notepad and let me know what it says
