How can I uninstall Business Contact Manager and save contacts?

I would like to uninstall Business Contact Manager (BCM) and just use
standard Outlook 2003. I don't reallyu need or use the features of BCM and
think regular Outlook would be less complicated right now. But most of my
contacts are currently in BCM. Is there an easy way to transfer BCM contacts
to Outlook contacts?

The Big Guy,

With your navigation pane open just right click and then drag and drop from
your Business Contacts folder view over onto the Outlook Contacts folder.
Here is another very nice Outlook-Centric application option for you to
consider if you ever need more Sales force automation than just native
Outlook. This application is very uncomplicated. Check it out at:
