Microsoft's Dynamic CRM is usually the targeted application for Enterprise level use. BCM is intended for small business and is not a part of the Enterprise suite, however we have granted Volume License buyers the right to use BCM as we’ve noted in the product guide and the VL newsletter. Here are the directions for download the BCM files from the Volume Licensing websites. From MVLS homepage: 1. Select Product Downloads 2. Select Office Small Business in the Please Select a Product Family pull down menu 3. Select desired language(s) in the Select Language box 4. Select Search 5.
