In form editing and right click

I'd really like to be able to edit Business Contacts listed in the
Account card. Is this possible?

Also, what about right clicking on a Business Contact shown in the
list and being able to send email?

When I right click on a Business Contact in BCM 2007 I can select
Create|New Message to Business Contact.

John,

If I interpret correctly, I believe that what you are requesting is the
ability to modify how the linked Business Contact list column fields display
on the Account record. Also, it appears that you would like to initiate a
workflow action for a Business Contact directly from the Account record's
linked Business Contact list.

To my knowledge, unless I am mistaken, both of these requests are not
possible. You must first double click upon one of these listed linked
business contacts to open up the record in order to then initiate an email.
I have also wished that the field columns that display here could be edited.
I have always wanted to be able to conveniently see the Job Title displayed
after each Business Contact's name here in this list on the Account record.
That handy display would be a helpful reminder a glance. Unfortunately,
these displayed field columns are fixed and can't be modified.
