Saving outlook contacts to BCM

Is there a way to save a new contact directly into your BCM database?

You can do a right click on the contact in your email => add contact to
outlook and than do a move to folder... but this is to much hassle to do
eacht time..

I already changed the default address book to the BCM address book, but no
go.

Or is there a way to sync on a regular base your local contacts to your BCM
Contacts?

Thank you in advance

The only way to achieve what your looking for is to use the import /export
feature in BCM
