I am using BCM with Outlook 2007 on Windows XP in German.
My BCM Opportunities are linked to business contacts (not to accounts,
firms). In my view I want to show the name of the business contact and the
company name of the account to which the business contact is linked to.
The name of the business contact is no problem by using the field
'ParentDisplayName'. But how can I show the name of the corresponding account.
I tried to define a new field with a formula. I used the functions option
and tried an IIF-statement like
IIF ([ParentDisplayName]<>"", [ParentDisplayName].[Account], "")
But this doesn't work.
Can anyone help me. Thanks
