We are using Business Contact Manager for Office 2007. We are having a
problem with printing Business Contacts. We have office 2007 installed on the
BCM server and on 4 workstations. We have about 1200 contacts. Everything is
working fine, no problems except for one. The problem is when we want to
print business contacts. We can print the constacts just fine in most of the
"views" (View/Current View/Business Cards For example. works fine) but when
we select to view by Account and we try to print we get nothing. we cannot
get a print preview even. there are no error mesgs either. we get an hour
glass like its trying to for about 15 seconds then nothing. After an attempt
to print the only thing i notice is that there is network trafic. the trafic
stops if i close outlook. i tried printing the list from all workstatios and
even the server it self to see maybe it was a network problem, but still
nothing. Anyone have any ideas that might help me out?
