Outlook 2007 crashes when BCM open in separate window
Alanna 12/2/2008 4:45:02 AM
My client recently upgraded from Outlook/BCM 2003 to 2007. She likes
to have her Outlook calendar, tasks and BCM running in separate
windows. If she closes the calendar or tasks window while a window
running BCM is open, Outlook crashes. All is well if the BCM window is
closed first. Oddly, I discovered that the problem does not occur when
the PC is not connected to the network. She does not have any third-
party add ins installed. I ran Outlook repair and the Inbox Repair
utility on her .pst file, but the problem persists. Has anyone else
encountered this issue? If so, have you found a way to resolve it?

Regards,
AO

Is BCM running in Online or Offline mode?

She's running everything in online mode. And just to clarify, her BCM DB is
local to her PC and she does not connect to Exchange.
