My Outlook (2007) and now a client's Outlook (2003) are both getting this message when we start Outlook: Window pops up that has title "Business Contact Manager for Outlook" and says "Could not open the item. Try Again." Must click OK to proceed- very annoying. I have BCM installed and use daily- my client does not have BCM installed.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this dialog box?
