Thanks, This is an idea, but the Account form is so limited with few selections for phone numbers etc. I used Outlook 2003 with BCM so I could save my 400 personal friends in the regular "Contacts" and my 1500 person business mailing list and data base in "Business Contacts." The business form is really glitchy....I have to clear the cache often. MS didn't make this to easy to do. The program in all is very very glitchy especially when it gives someone a middle name when I didn't list it.
By the way, I just started using this microsoft discussion group. How can I easily find it on the web? How can I easily find replies to my post?
