Hi Hoogy
Did you try un-installing and then reinstalling Business Contact Manager?
Could you provide us with logs? So before you launch outlook. Go to your
registry i.e. go to RUN type regedit. Then look for key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Business Solutions eCRM\BCMLogging.
Change the value to 1 from 0. Open Outlook and then go to your temp folder to
check the logs i.e. Type %TEMP% on your run window. Look for BCMLOG and send
it to bcmteam at microsoft.com. let me know when you do that so that i can
provide you with a solution.
You can also contact product support and they should also be able to help you.

Thanks Vinit

Hi Hoogy
You can go to your add/remove programs and see if you have any of these
programs "Business contact manager for outlook 2007 /Microsoft Oulook 2003
with business Contact Manager".
Since Business Contact Manager is a seperate installation you wont get this
error until you have it on your machine.

Thanks
Vinit
